For 10 people.
What I used:
- 2.5 kg of penne
 - 600 g of minced beef
 - 5 X boxes of passata (500g each ca)
 - 2 onions
 - 1 carrot
 - 2 sticks celery
 - 1 bottle of red wine
 - parmesan cheese (300 g ca)
 - salt, pepper, olive oil.
 
What I did:
- heated olive oil in a large pot
 - added slices of onion and shortly after
 - added chopped carrot and celery
 - fried gently for a while
 - added the minced beef
 - put in pepper
 - stirred to break minced beef into smaller chunks
 - cooked until the meat was browner
 - added red wine
 - added some passata and some more later
 - stirred at lot for about 1 hour
 - grated mature cheddar
 - boiled water
 - added salt
 - added penne
 - joined the two at the end
